Ruby chocolate truffles

This year we celebrate with a delicious new launch:The Ruby Celestials. Instead of milk chocolate, Heavenly Ruby chocolate is used in this variant. This special chocolate not only gives the heavenly a special pink color, but also makes it taste fruity. Ruby chocolate is a new type of chocolate, such as whole milk or dark chocolate, so it is naturally pink. The unique Ruby cocoa beans get their unique color from roasting and fermentation using a specific technique. Not only the colour, but also the taste completely separates the Ruby chocolate from the already known varieties. The natural taste of Ruby chocolate is intensely fruity with a slightly sour note.

In the Leysieffer factory in Osnabrück, traditional craftsmanship and exquisite ingredients have top priority. Our products are made and decorated by hand by experienced chocolatiers. From the recipe to the finished delicacy, each step is carried out with attention to detail and care. This is the only way we can create a special kind of entertainment experience.
